Standard shipping is via UPS Mail Innovations. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 - 21 business days from the date of order.

This service is a combination of UPS and USPS shipping. Packages are delivered by USPS. You can track your package on upsmi.com. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time.

Express shipping is via UPS.

Express shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. This fee will be quoted at checkout.
Free shipping on purchases over $1,000

If you have any questions about the received product, please email our customer service at service@5too.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Our service team will make every effort to address your concerns on a one-on-one basis. Refunds or exchanges will not be available for requests made beyond 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved in creating each artwork, every piece is a unique case. Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
